We ship most of the orders via FedEx International Priority. It takes 48 to 72 hours to be delivered door to door with no Customs hassles and no Customs clearance required at both sides, FedEx takes care of that. We use our gold member account with FedEx to offer our clients low prices for shipping.Your Package will come with an invoice, copy of our ECOCERT and Lab Analysis of the oil.
For big orders (500 liters and up), we use airlines, it takes longer and delivery is Airport to Airport or perhaps 20’ container using sea freight. The good need to be cleared with Moroccan Customs before shipping it. However, our agent will take care of this routine matter. You must pick up and clear the goods from the nearest Airport or port in your country. The benefits of shipping with Moroccan Airlines RAM or 20 ft container of course is the very low cost but the quantity must be over 500 liters.Your pack shipment Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx International Priority with tracking number and drop-off.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
When the shipping is via airelines, the fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and sealed.
