1. Buyer sends LOI + CIS + Import Autorization + BCL
2. Seller responds with SCO
3. Buyer sends ICPO
4. Final seller responds with FCO
5. Buyer perform MT799 as POF (proof of funds)
6. Final seller sends SPA (for opening the SBLC)
7. Buyer opens SBLC (transferable, divisible, confirmed and irrevocable)
8. Buyer and seller confirms SBLC
