Pre-sales service-Just e-mail us about your request, our sales staff will contact you within 2 hours (day time) and 6 hours (night time). We have our own brand TL but, if you want to OEM your own brand, no problem, you are welcome! Final price ranges according to different quality and packaging (multiple packaging options for your own market). 

After-sales service- We offer 18 months quality warranty. If problem occurs due to quality issue of product itself, please send it back, we will fix it for free or, send you a new one.
